Ingredients 2 cups wholewheat flour 1/4 tsp. Salt 1-1 1/2 tbsp. oil (optional) 3/4 cup hand hot water Method 1. Mix together 2. Rest for 30 minutes 3. Divide into roughly 8 balls 4. Roll out thin on plenty of flour 5. Cook 2 minutes each side on a hot frying pan or skillet. Once turned, pressing with a wood spatula / slice should cause chapati to 'puff up'
